Water Bill Payment

Village of Industry offers a variety of convenient payment options for our residents. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.

Billing Due Date: 10th of each month

Online Bill Payment

To pay your bill online, please visit the customer portal. You will scroll down to select "Village of Industry" and then enter your email address and 10 digit account number.    

Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five to seven business days before the due date specified on your bill. 

Payment Drop-Off Location

Beginning June 6, 2025, you may leave your payment in the drop box at the Kiwanis Building located at 103 N Downen St. Payments will continue to be accepted at the State Bank of Industry through June 5. 

Note:
Net rates as show on statement are effective until the 10th of the month, after that date, 10% will be added to the bill. Service discontinured after 20th of the month.  

Anyone using the meter shut off will be responsible for repairs to said valves.
